Rådhusplassen (English: City Hall Square) can accommodate up to 240 people in cinema setups. The room features great height under the roof. The many windows provide plenty of daylight, and a new LED screen delivers crystal-clear images. Rådhusplassen is highly optimized for video conferencing and offers the latest in technical solutions. With BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) control, you can easily connect your own device, whether it's a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, on the software of your choice (Zoom, Teams, Skype, Google Meet, Webex). With warm and fresh colour tones and mood lighting on the ceiling in all possible colours, this venue is perfect for social events and gatherings!

GROUP ROOMS

The conference center has group rooms of various sizes. Feel free to send us a request with your needs so that we can recommend the best possible solution for connecting rooms.

REGISTRATION

Registration tables are set up in the foyer at the entrance to the meeting room. 


For large groups, there is the possibility of registration at the reception on the ground floor, right inside the main entrance to Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse.

STAGE

The stage in Rådhusplassen has a lectern and the possibility for up to 6 participants at a panel table. 


The size of the stage is 8.40 m wide, 3.14 depth and 0.30 m high.

BREAKFAST & DRINK

Our kitchen makes delicious break food throughout the day. Everything from great fruit platters to tasty sliced rolls and cake platters. 

Of course, we adapt for allergy sufferers or other special needs.

EXHIBITION SPACE

If you need an exhibition space in connection with the conference, we have several possibilities. 


Pipervika is directly connected to Rådhusplassen and is perfect as an exhibition space and mingle area. The other option we can offer is the exhibition space in the foyer.
