For fairs and exhibitions we recommend renting the Mayor's Hall or the entire 7th floor, where you can open the doors between the premises and get plenty of room for the execution.

Planning

The purpose of an exhibition or exhibition is to enable participants and potential customers to easily become acquainted with the brand and any products. There is a bunch of rooms for rent, and the more coordinated the room and the theme, the better. The advantage of organizing a fair or exhibition in the center of Oslo is many, but first and foremost that you have everything in one place. If you are planning an event in the center of Oslo first, you can check that there is sufficient public transport and hotels available to guests within walking distance.

In the time after the big event, you may want to collect all feedback and consider the whole experience. Our 11 meeting rooms can accommodate anywhere from 20 - 330 participants, and are equipped with all the technical equipment you need, large and airy windows, good ventilation and an excellent location in the center of Oslo. For the fair or exhibition we will clean the premises for furniture and adapt to the desired layout.

Food & beverage

In the fall of 2018, we opened our own kitchen in connection with the launch of the restaurant Tivander. If you book a venue for your booth or exhibition at Stortingsgata, you do not have to worry about food and drink. Throughout the fair / exhibition we will offer small snacks such as fruits, nuts, smoothie and something sweet to eat. We can also offer a real snack, with good breakfast and lunch options, made by the chefs at our restaurant on the second floor, Tivander.

Everything you need from technical equipment

With us you will find all the technical equipment you may need for your booth or exhibition. Our rooms are equipped with canvas, wireless internet, and Bose speakers throughout the room. We have available wireless microphone which is great for presentations and speeches.

Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse is located in state-of-the-art premises at the National Theater, just a stone's throw from the Nationaltheatret underground station. The building houses, among other things, Stortingsgata Kurs & Konferanse, which is located on the 6th and 7th floors, the Tivander restaurant on the 2nd floor, along with office premises on the rest of the building.
